Showing the world that humanity is part of nature — not apart from it. Protecting ecosystems, restoring landscapes, and learning from the communities who've always known how.
Explore my work ↓I'm a nature conservationist working at the intersection of biodiversity, regenerative agriculture, and ecosystem restoration. From building communities around sustainable farming to monitoring soil microbiomes, every project I take on serves one purpose: proving that when we work with nature instead of against it, everyone thrives. Indigenous communities hold the key to understanding how — and that knowledge deserves to be protected.
Built a community of highly influential farmers who adopted kelp biostimulant, creating grassroots awareness around regenerative ocean-to-land agriculture and its potential for farming systems worldwide.
Led business development with major food companies to transition their supply chains to regenerative agriculture. Secured funding for the Regenerative Regional Entrepreneurship Program (RREP) in Brazil — empowering indigenous Paiter-Suruí communities through regenerative farming, local ambassadors, and capacity building.
View the RREP project →A food forest built to produce high-polyphenol extra virgin olive oil while creating a thriving biodiversity habitat for below- and above-ground species. All profit is reinvested into expanding biodiversity — new trees, wildlife ponds, wildlife corridors. The goal: let nature grow richer every year.
Leveraging environmental DNA (eDNA) and soil microbiome analysis to monitor and quantify biodiversity at a molecular level — providing the hard scientific evidence needed to drive conservation decisions and hold land management accountable.
Using eDNA to reveal the devastating impact of illegal gold mining on soil ecosystems in Suriname. The data tells a clear story: mining doesn't just degrade the soil — it kills it. This evidence supports the fight to protect intact rainforest and the indigenous communities who depend on it.
Visit Mulokot →I want to show the natural world that humanity can be part of her — instead of working against her or destroying her. Indigenous communities hold the ancestral knowledge of how to live in balance with ecosystems. Protecting these communities and their wisdom is not just conservation — it's our way forward.
Every project I take on is rooted in this belief: the future of conservation lies in listening to those who've lived it for millennia, and in proving through science and action that a different relationship with nature is possible.
